These events are great opportunities for networking, to see new technologies, and to receive training. After the last two years, many people are realizing that stress, isolation, and uncertainty have taken a toll on their mental health. Maintaining good mental health plays a big role in your overall well-being. When you’re mentally healthy, you are able to enjoy your life and the people in it, feel good about yourself, keep up good relationships, and deal with stress.

National Bike Month is a chance to showcase the many benefits of bicycling and encourage more people to give it a try. Cycling is a low impact activity that is great for physical and mental health. It is a good muscle workout and increases cardiovascular fitness, builds muscle strength and flexibility, improves joint mobility, decreases stress levels, and reduces anxiety and depression.
